Thursday Jun 02, 2022
Have you ever wondered how your sibling order in the family affects your life path and family relationship dynamics? What personality traits and mental abilities you have been gifted? What is your life purpose? What are your challenges? Your attractions to compliment you?
Over this past week, we have been lucky enough to have Denny Johnson as a house guest. The wealth of information and perception this soul has is phenomenal. Now we'll pass this onto you.
Denny Johnson, Seattle, USA is an explorer, researcher, writer, and international teacher. He established the Rayid Model as one of the most powerful modern tools for understanding personality and behaviour, as well as individual, familial, and relationship patterns and dynamics. Over the years, Denny has conducted thousands of personal consultations, has interviewed on hundreds of radio and television stations worldwide, and has taught in numerous countries.
The iris of the eye is like a fingerprint. It is a long term genetic pattern, a kind of blue print of inheritance. If you up close at the iris of the eye (the colored part encircling the pupil), you will notice each one of us have either dots, markings, streaks or rounded openings in the openings of the fibres. Like a fingerprint they are all presented differently. These characteristics that we find in the eye provide the key to understanding your behaviour and relationship patterns. The types of markings and variations between your left and right eyes each reveal different facets of your personality and epigenetic pattern.
The Rayid Method of Iris Interpretation is not simply concerned with describing one's personality. In fact Rayid's primary purpose is to free the individual from any limitations associated with that personality. The structure of the iris is also a reflection of the individuals potential, revealing character strengths and aspects of the personality that are underdeveloped. Rayid uses the information contained in the iris in the eye to affirm and strengthen the innate character of the individual. Once you understand who you are, how you function and your operating system- this can be a very freeing experience to help you live life to the fullest.
By increasing understanding and love for yourself, your family, and the families of others … vital health, well-being, and personal success are enhanced.

MTHFR
Would you like to better understand and control how your genetic makeup
influences your well-being?
What if you could improve your health by knowing if you have an MTHFR gene mutation?
MTHFR is a gene encoding for Methylene-TetraHydroFolate Reductase (MTHFR). MTHFR is an enzyme found within the human body. Playing a vital role in how the body uses folate (vitamin B9). It converts the folate you eat, into folate your body can use (Folate → 5-methyltetrahydrofolate). The MTHFR gene has the information needed to make this important enzyme.
Have you experienced miscarriages with no explanation?
Are you susceptible to depression and anxiety with no relief or founding cause?
Do you have chronic illness that never seems to improve?
This may be the show to listen to.
We're chatting with MTHFR AUST Expert, Carolyn Ledowsky about MTHFR, genetic issues, anxiety, depression, infertility and more. You just might finally find your answers to improve your health.
About Carolyn Ledowsky:
Carolyn Ledowsky is the founder of MTHFR Support Australia. She is a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Herbalist who has a Bachelor of Health in Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Nutrition and Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University. She has also studied courses in Genetics at Duke University (Genetics and Evolution) and Th eUniversity of Maryland (Genes and the Human Condition) - from behaviour to biotechnology). She is currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) Honors.
Carolyn now sees chronically ill patients from all over the world, who have searched, sometimes for decades, to find the reason behind their ill health. Her strenghth lies in her ability to reveal layers of dysfunction and not give up until results are seen. Most of her patients have MTHFR mutations and/or associated methylation disturbances.
Her mission is to make sure that every couple knows that miscarriages are often due to low folate due to MTHFR deficiiency. So too anxiety and depression can be hugely improved without drugs by tweaking biochemistryncaused by eithergenetic susceptibility and addressing environmental factors that afflict these genes.
Carolyn's practice specialises in genetic susceptibility and how this contributes to biochemical dysfunction and chronic health conditions.
Join us as we chat with Carolyn about MTHFR, genetics, mutations, chronic disease, infertility issues - with presentation of her latest PHD research on infertility and viruses.

TREVOR HENDY AM

Hendy currently holds the all-time record of six-time Australian Ironman Champion and four-time World Ironman.
Trevor Hendy is an international Keynote Speaker, director of the Lifechanger Foundation for youth and author of The Bootcamp for the Soul. He is a highly renowned Soul Coach, guiding some of the World’s leading CEO’s, Community leaders, Actors, Musicians and Athletes. Known as one of Australia’s fittest ever athletes and greatest Ocean Ironmen, he has been inducted into the Australian Sporting Hall of Fame and honoured as a member of the Order of Australia for his services to the community. His motto is “bring it into now and never under estimate the power of who you are”. Trevor also does personal Zoom, Skype and in person one on one sessions.
Hall of Fame Iron Man/ Surf Life Saving Champ:
Trevor Hendy is unchallenged as ‘The Greatest Ironman in the World’ – a title that sits fittingly with the man who took up the sport as a ‘nipper’ in 1976, and went on to dominate it into the next century. Competing for the Surfers Paradise club on the Gold Coast, Hendy has won six Australian Open Ironman titles, surpassingrecord. His string of Queensland titles stretch back to the mid 1980s, and in 1994 he claimed his fourth consecutive World Ironman title in the United Kingdom, in a contest involving many qualifying rounds and intense competition.
As four-time winner of the Uncle Toby’s Super Series, Hendy was the man everybody wanted to beat. He won the series in its first year in 1989/90, and backed this up with outstanding
performances during the 1990/91, 1991/92 and 1993/94 seasons. Other notable performances by Hendy include winning the 1992 Molakai to Oahu World Championships, and dominating the world Malibu championships in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Hendy achieved a near perfect point score of five first placings and two second placings out of seven races in his 1993/94 win – a score never before achieved in the history of the series – and one which will probably take many years to surpass. In that same year, he won the Australian and world Ironman titles. Hendy currently holds the all-time record of six- time Australian Ironman Champion and four-time World Ironman.
After setting records that are yet to be matched, Hendy retired from Ironman racing in 1997 to concentrate solely on pushing a kayaking career with the dream of competing at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He was a member of the Australian champion K4 1000 team to win consecutive national titles in 1997 and 1998, and a bronze medal at the World Championships in Germany. However, upon returning from the 1998 World Championships, Hendy decided to retire from professional sport. While he did compete in Ironman contests after this announcement, his focus turned to coaching and communicating as a motivational speaker and commentator.
Hendy was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 1996 for his services to surf live saving and the sport of swimming/Ironman titles.
But he's so much more - Listen in to discover Soul Trevor Hendy in this magical hour.

Rahni chats with us about How The Vagus Nerve is imperative in the optimisation of our health.
The vagus nerve is a really fundamental part of our autonomic nervous system, which is composed of two key branches - Parasympathetic (which allows us to rest, relax, digest and recharge and the Sympathetic - responsible for our stress response and survival by controlling functions such as heart rate, blood sugar and the hormone cortisol that enables us to escape threats.
The vagus nerve is the parasympathetic nervous system's primary nerve which travels from our brain stem into a large number of organs and tissues such as the gut, lungs and heart. A healthy parasympathetic nerve response is vital for our mental wellbeing and physical health. However due to the pressures of modern life and chronic stress many of us are constantly in a physiological "fight or flight" mode. It's this stress that is a fundamental driver of many of today's chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and irritable bowel disease.
Listen in as we chat about key ways to support a healthy vagus nerve function.
